Homemade sausage, homemade pasta, sauces started in the morning. The rollatini is stuffed by hand with sausage, roasted peppers and mozzarella, then finished in champagne mushroom sauce.
The Dishes We Do Not Change
Chicken parmigiana, ravioli alla vodka, veal milanese. Recipes our guests have been ordering for more than twenty years, cooked the same way every time.
